Casa Corvo and Casa Volpe are located in the historical area of Novaggio, a charming village in Malcantone, Ticino, southern Switzerland. No cars can access this area of town, park your car at the communal parking, it will take you maximum 5 min. to reach the house on foot. If you come from Zurich, Bern or Basel we highly recommend you use the public transport. It will be faster and save you time you would spend in traffic. Novaggio has shops, restaurants and is well connected with the bus, so you won’t need a car.
By car
From the NORTH: Exit Lugano Nord, take towards Ponte Tresa and fallow the main road. After about 15 min. drive you will arrive in Magliaso/Caslano. On the first Caslano roundabout, take a right up the mountain. You will see signs for Novaggio. Continue to Novaggio and park in the communal parking (price: 4 fr. per day from monday to saturday, plan enough small change for the machine- you can pay for the totality of your stay in one payment. Place the ticket inside your car in a visible area).
From the SOUTH: via Highway, exit Lugano Sud, then take towards Ponte Tresa, see above.
From VARESE: Drive to the Ponte Tresa / Lavena boarder. From Ponte Tresa drive towards Casalano, at the big Caslano roundabout, take left up the moutian. For the rest, see above.
Public transport: From Lugano, change train to the Lugano-Ponte Tresa Railway. Exit in Magliaso, from there with the yellow bus to Novaggio. Check schedules on www.sbb.ch

Instructions: From the church square, look up the hill. You will see a hairdresser. Take the narrow street on the right of the hairdresser called AL FUNTANON. Walk up the hill, follow Al Funtanon, the steet bends a bit to the right and gets to a small square where there’s a fountain. At the fountain, take to the right into RA STRECIA. Casa Corvo is on the left hand side, nr. 5 – A big pink home with a wooden gate. Casa Volpe is on the left hand side a bit further down, nr. 7.
