Der Nachmittag ist frei – Zeit für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in der aufblühenden Natur, um zu lesen und sich auszutauschen und um einfach zu sein. Den Tag lassen wir mit einer sanften Praxis ausklingen – Yin und Restorative Yoga.

Take five days to unwind, reconnect with yourself, feel the rhythm of nature, and experience the power of community. Together, we’ll immerse ourselves in the transformative energy of early summer.
We begin our mornings in silence with meditation and pranayama, followed by an energizing yoga practice (Vinyasa / Hatha). The afternoons are free — time for walks and hikes in the blossoming landscape, for reading, sharing, and simply being. We close each day with a gentle practice — Yin and Restorative Yoga.
